I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I work with a number of therapeutic approaches. This allows me to provide genuinely bespoke counselling: therapy with me is not ‘one size fits all’ but is tailored to you.
The counselling I offer is practical. One of the main approaches I use is transactional analysis, an in-depth method that contains models we can use to help you to uncover the real reasons why you do what you do, and feel what you feel. We can use it to work together to develop a set of personalised tools and techniques that will help you make real, lasting, positive changes to your life.
